What to Expect
as a Patient
MMR works through physician referrals. If your doctor, chiropractor, or occupational health provider has referred you to us, here is what you need to know.
How do I get started with MMR?
You need a referral from your doctor, chiropractor, or occupational health provider. Once your provider sends the referral script to MMR, our team will contact you to schedule your first appointment.
Does MMR accept my insurance?
MMR accepts auto insurance (Med-Pay and liability) and workers' compensation. We verify your coverage before your first appointment — no surprise billing.
Where are MMR locations?
MMR has locations throughout Colorado, from Fort Collins to Pueblo and across the Front Range. Your intake coordinator will help you find the most convenient location.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your therapist will review your physician's referral and diagnosis, assess your condition, and begin a treatment plan targeted to your specific soft tissue injury.
How long does treatment take?
Treatment length depends on your diagnosis and insurance authorization. MMR works with your carrier and referring physician to ensure appropriate care throughout your recovery.
Will my doctor receive updates on my progress?
Yes. MMR sends regular progress reports to your referring provider throughout the course of treatment.
